Embarking on a Culinary Adventure: Odyssey of Taste Launches in Hong Kong

We are thrilled to share the exciting launch of our 'Odyssey of Taste' series at The Verandah in Hong Kong – a spectacular event that brought together a community of dedicated individuals passionate about responsible gastronomy

 

A Guided Culinary Journey

Over 150 guests joined us on a guided culinary journey across four of our premium Valrhona Selection brands: Norohy, Sosa, Adamance, and Valrhona. The event was a vibrant celebration of exquisite flavors, innovation, techniques, and our shared passion for gastronomy.

 

Acknowledging our Culinary Creators

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the talented chefs from Ecole Valrhona Asia – Fabrice David, Guillaume Lopvet, Natalie Leung – and Sosa brand ambassador Justin Lee for their truly stunning creations. Each booth offered a unique experience.

Norohy

Guests had the chance to try three signature vanilla blends in warm milk, exploring the versatility of vanilla in this delightful setting. Soft serves featuring Norohy’s signature Coffee Paste and Vanifusion were crafted to highlight the distinct flavors.

 

Adamance Bar

The bar area featured a lineup of cocktails showcasing all-natural fruit purees, created with no artificial additives. Mixologists collaborated to design signature cocktails for each fruit, complemented by special fruit paste cubes for tasting.

 

Sosa

Chef Justin Lee showcased a beautiful assortment of Spanish tapas using various Sosa products. The booth highlighted the diverse range of Sosa products, offering insights into the applications through Chef Justin Lee's masterful creations.

 

Valrhona

The event featured Hukambi with Chef Guillaume’s recipe for Ginger Cake, Caramel Cremeaux, and Vanuatu Bonbons at the Valrhona booth, providing a delightful finale to the culinary journey.
