The journey Odyssey of Taste

On August 29, the fifth and last edition of our APAC regional event ‘Odyssey of Taste’ took place in Shanghai. A beautiful event to put an end to an incredible journey across Asia.  

Altogether, over 750 chefs across five locations embarked on an extraordinary culinary experience with us, one that highlighted the pinnacle of excellence, a commitment to responsible gastronomy, and groundbreaking innovation, all showcased by our esteemed premium brands - Valrhona, Sosa Ingredients, Adamance, Norohy, Weiss and Republica del Cacao. 

We were glad to welcome chefs from Ecole Valrhona and well-known guest chefs as Justin Li, Jason Tan, Pachi Larrea, Hael, Toni Rodriguez, Laurent Luo, Federica Fiocchetti…
