We have chosen to work on Andoa Milk with Norandino, a Peruvian cooperative that, like us, values transparency, fairness and quality.

This Grand Cru made from organic and fair trade ingredients (Cocoa, cocoa butter and sugar are certified Fairtrade/Max Havelaar) is one of the ways in which Valrhona has transformed its commitment to sustainable development into reality.
